The excitement has waned just a bit. I'm still on cloud nine, but I've come down enough to fill you in on the details.
I will be one of two interns for Bluff Magazine, during this years WSOP. I'm amazed that I got the position. Persistence really paid off. I will be in Las Vegas from May 22nd till July 20th. I work 5 days on, 1 day off. Twelve hour days are expected and I have no problem with any off it. This really is a chance of a life time and I am going to do everything in my power to excel. I'm a bit nervous, but thrilled. I'm looking forward to finding a voice that readers will enjoy. I will be interviewing, writing articles and taken photo's at the worlds most prestigious poker event.
I expect that my blog will be more of a log, than some great piece of journalism. It is more for myself than anything else. I will appreciate any readers. I will be creating a new blog for my journey and post here when I can get around to playing or just feel like blabbing to whomever stops in.
